Our Story

D5 Build was founded by Serg Djurovic in 2010. 

Since then, the business has established a strong reputation as a builder of choice for bespoke and boutique projects – with a focus on townhouses and apartments – all delivered at the highest standard.

While he is justifiably proud of every finished project, Serg takes even more pride in the people of D5. Beginning with contract administrator, Mandy Djurovic, the entire team is experienced, skilled, diligent and loyal, with everyone contributing diverse construction expertise.

As well as an enviable portfolio of significant projects, the true mark of D5’s success is its realisation of Serg and Mandy’s shared mission to help others achieve their ambitions.

Our Difference

D5 invests the honesty, intelligence, professionalism and care of its people in every project. As a result, most are delivered on time, if not before, and often under budget. Even during the restrictions of lockdowns, D5 was able to deliver all of its projects on schedule.

As the business grew, Serg’s innate problem-solving and leadership skills saw him look to international suppliers for sourcing products and materials. Today, residences built by D5 stand apart for their meticulous craftsmanship as much as for how they are delivered.

It’s little wonder that D5 is sought after by architects and interior designers. They work closely with Serg and his team to ensure their clients’ visions are realised as promised.

D5 Swim Club

D5’s commitment to the community goes beyond its construction projects, and one example of this is the D5 Swim Club in Frankston. When this dedicated local group folded, Serg Djurovic stepped in to provide the support they needed to keep training in an encouraging and high-performance environment.

With the security of a dedicated place to swim and the resources of a professional coach, the club’s young swimmers are able to continue as they prepare for state and national championships.
